Why Does It Matter?
The Challenge:
Since the 2008 financial crisis, businesses have faced tough times – from cash crunches to the pandemic. Boards and shareholders are cautious, often sticking with veteran leaders instead of risking new ones.
These experienced leaders are working longer, delaying opportunities for new leaders to learn on the job. Plus, they’ve had minimal leadership training themselves.
The Gap:
We surveyed over 185 executives in 26 countries about their experiences in leadership and what they weren’t prepared for. We made sure that their negative on-the-job experiences informed our content to better prepare leaders moving forward.
The Generation Divide:
There’s a disconnect between the leadership styles and expectations of Baby Boomers/Gen X and those of Millennials/Gen Z. Young talents are facing biases, and soon, they’ll be the majority of the workforce.
Who Is This Program For?
New Leaders
To decrease the time to leadership competency and increase confidence so they can be part of leading their organizations to solutions to rise the above challenges.
Emerging Leaders
Who are often tempted to take shortcuts in their leadership development journeys due to the frantic pace of deliverables in their organization.
Senior Leaders
So they can prepare the next wave of leaders for success. They will learn better communication, as well as audit the organizational infrastructure so that wisdom can be systemized and passed on, rather than lost when key senior leaders retire.
