Diana is an executive leadership coach certified by the International Coaching Federation. She is a lifelong learner who completed her coach training with an organization that helps to build coaching cultures and developed the curriculum for the Royal Roads Executive Coaching Program. She also has her change management certification and is an experienced facilitator. Her coaching clients include wealth management advisors, high-potential and senior leaders in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, business owners, and people transitioning in their careers and lives.

Diana believes that coaching can open possibilities for people to accelerate their own personal and professional development through self-awareness and a commitment to growth. She also believes that some of the best learning comes from unlearning the beliefs that hold us back. Diana’s favorite quote is “Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change.” This philosophy drives Diana in her coaching and her approach to life.

She combines her years as a leader and communications experience with coaching to help clients resolve their challenges, see the opportunities, and create the change they want. Clients and colleagues refer to her as passionate, caring, and values-driven—a big-picture thinker with a knack for details. Diana is a leader, a team player, a mentor, and a true cheerleader. She is also a coach who will challenge and help clarify unclear thinking.

Her background includes senior leadership roles in communications and marketing for financial services, transportation, telecom, energy, and professional services companies. She has worked with executive teams and led teams for some of Canada’s leading brands and companies.

She has a degree in Communications and is a graduate of Leadership Calgary, a community leadership program. Diana is certified in Emotional Intelligence assessments, Resilience, Trust at Work, Core Strengths (SDI 2.0), Positive Intelligence, and Leadership Circle 360. She has been recognized several times with awards for her work as an internal coach in the wealth management industry.
