Fern Schultz

Executive Coach

Fern Schultz has over 30 years of experience in public, private, and non-profit leadership where she faced many of the same challenges experienced by leaders today. With Fern as your coach, you are partnering with an experienced leader who brings a rich tapestry of life experience to her coaching practice. She recognizes that we are all “work-in-progress” and knows that change is possible, having personally made transformative changes.

Fern’s clients have included executives, senior, and mid-level leaders wrestling with challenges or questions that impact their effectiveness at work or in life. A coaching partnership with Fern is designed to leverage your unique strengths, support you over time, and build self-awareness as you make lasting changes on your personal and leadership journey. Through powerful conversations, you bridge the gap between your current reality and your desired future state by exploring your personal operating system, new tools and resources, interpersonal relationships, and new ideas for success and moving forward.

Fern has been privileged to coach executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders across North America & beyond (including Australia, Ireland, Japan, and Taiwan). She has coached across many industries including Telecom/Communication Services, Higher Education, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Technology, and IT Services, Professional Services, Real Estate, Agriculture, Retail, Business Services, Government, and Non-Profit Enterprises.
