Karen Flynn is a Performance Coach focused on Clarity, Confidence, Mindset,and Resilience. Her work as a coach is to better people’s lives by improving their performance: how they live and work to achieve their full potential and happiness. She helps her clients create a heightened awareness of their strengths, deepen their focus and commitment to longer-term goals, and most of all, speed up their transition to growth and success.

Karen works with entrepreneurs and managers who are developing their leadership acumen, as well as experienced directors who are disenchanted with their organizations and seek a deep dive into their habitual responses. She has over 22 years of international business experience as a communications consultant bringing a unique asset to coaching. As an advocate for living our best lives, she brings curiosity, a big appetite for learning, and embracing change as a journey, to deliver transformative results.

Karen works with diverse, multicultural clients globally and, by working through clients’ perspectives and limiting behaviors, she helps them to find clarity and direction. Together, you will explore tools to address adaptability and empowerment. The truth is, Karen is a tough, no ‘BS’ coach who cuts to the chase and focuses on direction, solutions, and accountability. Clients must prepare for honesty and be ready to do the work in order to change behaviors, set SMART goals, and be inspired to take consistent actions.
