With over 20 years of experience within the HR profession, Meigan has held had many different senior roles within a number of organizations and industries.

Meigan earned her MBA at the University of Calgary and her Executive Coaching Certification from Royal Roads University. She has maintained her Professional Coach Certification through the International Coach Federation since 2013.
