Prior to founding her Coaching practice in 2001, Michelle enjoyed very successful careers with Microsoft and SuperPages.

In addition to her Coaching business, she has owned 3 other businesses since 2004, including retail, business-to-business, and service companies, selling two of them along the way. As a result, she has gained a great deal of experience and insight into leadership, entrepreneurship, business and team development, and more that helps her relate to her clients and truly understand what it takes to succeed in a big, yet sustainable way.
