Nick Roud is an award-winning executive coach based in Auckland, New Zealand. Nick’s coaching practice was awarded best executive coaching consultancy, New Zealand at the 2021 and 2022 Global Business Awards. He was also awarded Best Leadership Coaching Company 2022 at the Corporate Vision Awards under the Education & Training Category. Nick was approved in 2022 to be a Business Mentor at Business Mentors New Zealand.

Nick also hosts the Nick Roud Podcast, through which he interviews leaders around the world on various business and leadership topics. As a master-certified executive coach, Nick has served as a coach to over 950 executives and leaders and has even been an advisor to the New Zealand government. Nick has also served as an executive coach since 2018 with Massey University in New Zealand as part of the executive MBA program. In addition to his coaching designations, Nick is also certified as a practitioner in 4 different assessments used to help leaders gain more self-awareness and clarity on their strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Giving back is a big priority for Nick Roud. He offers pro bono coaching for 3 different charitable organizations, including the Dyslexia Foundation of New Zealand. Since 2020, Nick has also been offering free 45-minute coaching sessions for professionals whose jobs were made redundant due to the pandemic. Given he owned a recruitment firm, Nick is able to offer expert career coaching in addition to his executive coaching services. When he is not coaching leaders, Nick can be found spending quality time with his wife Nicola, son Louie, and daughter Willow. He might also be spotted training for his next Ironman triathlon, having already completed 4 such races.
