Executive Coach

Nicole McLeod is an Executive Coach who specializes in supporting leaders and teams to accelerate their results and improve their organizational culture. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, supporting growth and development, she has taught interpersonal communication and health education. Nicole has also facilitated various workshops on leadership, conflict resolution, empathy, imposter syndrome, and more. Nicole has worked with clients across many sectors, including but not limited to higher education, non-profits, healthcare, and the energy sector.

Nicole has a unique ability to build trust quickly, whether she is in one-on-one relationships or group facilitation engagements. Her highly energetic and engaging approach draws people in, making her an excellent choice for clients who want to make changes within themselves and their teams. She is known for her empathetic and fun, yet bold approach, where she challenges clients to look beyond what they see in their day-to-day lives and ask tough questions.

As a coach, Nicole understands that work and life are intertwined, and she has a holistic approach to coaching that addresses the blend between the two. She knows that taking care of oneself in one domain is essential to performing well in another. Nicole has personal experiences with marriage, parenting, fitness and health, research, and grief and loss, which make her uniquely equipped to support clients in their work on resilience, empathy, and work-life balance.

Nicole holds a BA in Recreation and Health Education, an MA in Health/Exercise Psychology, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. She is an MBTI and DISC facilitator and has completed a graduate-level course in team and group coaching.
