Shannon is a Leadership and Performance Coach who partners with Mid-Senior level leaders to help them sharpen their leadership effectiveness. She knows from experience that the corporate environment is a complex and a forever journey. Her clients navigate that journey through increased self-awareness and communication to become an intentional leader who builds high-performing teams, stronger relationships, and greater influence and impact.

Shannon’s coaching expertise is informed by her 20-year career in Human Resources management and consulting, specializing in People Strategy, Leadership Development, and Peak Performance. Today, with 10 years and 3,000+ hours of executive coaching experience, she is honoured to be a thought partner with a diverse group of leaders and corporate professionals across the globe in various industries who have unique experience, knowledge, and perspectives.

Shannon’s value stems from her ability to build trust and connection with her clients. Her colleagues and clients will say that she is an insightful resource, a natural conversationalist, and her passion for helping others shines through in her work.

 

A graduate of Royal Roads University in Executive Coaching, Shannon holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as other certifications to support her practice, such as Group Coaching, Hogan 360, DiSC, and Predictive Index assessments. As a learning leader, she stays current with evidence-based theories on whole-person wellness, peak performance principles, and workplace success strategies and modalities.

Shannon is a former triathlete, by walking the talk about how to foster resilience and well-being, she lives a healthy and balanced life that includes a passion for her work, being a good colleague and friend, time for travel, and professional and personal development. 

 

Fun Facts:  Shannon previously lived and co-owned a boutique hotel in the tropics that reached #2 on Trip Advisor. Currently, her personal pursuit is to tackle WSET Level 3 in wine education in 2024.
