Tim Borys

Executive Coach

As a former elite athlete, New York Yankees draft pick, and national-level coach, Tim knows performance. Whether in ballparks or boardrooms, he is an expert at eliciting higher performance from individuals and teams.

Tim believes that life and work should be awesome! With levels of stress, burnout, and pessimism at all-time highs, his mission is to ignite the potential of leaders, teams, and corporations so that people and communities worldwide can move from surviving to thriving.

The entrepreneurial journey began for Tim in junior high, and he incorporated his first company after University. Since that time, he has launched multiple businesses in health, fitness, consulting, education, and coaching. Through his work in the fitness industry and in coaching many top executives, Tim saw the negative physical and mental impact that corporate culture and work environments had on the health, well-being, and performance of his clients.

This continues to drive his passion for transforming people and workplaces. The past two decades of his career have been dedicated to providing insights and frameworks for leaders, teams, and organizations to actively curate a culture of well-being and performance, as well as business profitability.

To his coaching and consulting, Tim brings extensive knowledge of business systems, operations, and leadership, and combines it with decades of experience in personal and team performance strategy. He loves working with leaders and teams who are keen to learn, grow, and improve and are committed to doing the deep work necessary to create transformational change in their mindset, life, and business.

Tim is the CEO of FRESH! Group and author of 5 books. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Kinesiology, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, and is an Organizational Performance Consultant, international speaker and educator.

He lives in Calgary and Canmore with his wife and two teenage children and takes every opportunity possible to ski and mountain bike with his family and friends.
