Why do a 360?
No one is completely objective about their own strengths, weaknesses, leadership style, or impact on others.
By gaining the perspective of our ‘inner circle’ we can widen the lens with which we see ourselves, which opens up greater opportunities and can prevent damaging relationships in instances we are less aware of our impact on others.
